  In the event you need to exchange part of your SleepPhones® headphones purchase, such as just the headband or the speakers, please only send that part.

  1. Print and fill out this Exchange Form (please note your PayPal invoice number on your form if that is how you paid)
  2. Send* your SleepPhones and completed form to:
     • AcousticSheep LLC
     • 2001 Peninsula Drive
     • Erie, PA 16506

     * Parcel or package rate, not first class letter rate

  3. Your exchange or return will be processed within 7 business days of receipt

  It's unfortunate that you want to return your purchase, but we certainly understand that these things happen. Please send us your entire purchase, including the packaging.
